Ben Osborne is a printmaker from Charlotte, North Carolina. He received his BFA degree in Studio Art from Appalachian State University in 2016, and MFA in Printmaking from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2021. Most recently, he was an artist in residence at Goodyear Arts in Charlotte, North Carolina. His work consists of prints and drawings that contend with traditional craft in contemporary forms. Osborne’s representations of clothing connect the physicality and imagery of textiles to the construction of individual identity.
